Yes, except some wall hooks and door knockers do not have the screws included, due to different mounting surfaces. Drawer Knobs either have a 8/32 1 inch machine screw included or the bolts are attached to the knob and the knob is fastened with a nut on the back. If you need longer or shorter screws, just leave a note with your order.

They are exactly as described. Very detailed and quite lovely. They are a little large for the cabinet I want to use them on, but I like them so much I'm sure I will use them somewhere else. The dimensions described were accurate but I was hoping they would look okay. Shipping was very fast. Thanks!
